For years we've been trying to come up with a Christmas-y flavor for our mini cakes and it finally dawned on us - Egg Nog! Inspired by the classic holiday drink, we created an Egg Nog Cake, frosted it with yogurt icing and garnished with a sweet potato biscuit shaped like a nutmeg stick!

Cake (3" diameter): whole wheat flour and white flour, vegetable oil, hawaiian honey, local eggs, heavy whipping cream, baking soda/powder, cinnamon.
Yogurt Icing: Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Flour, Milk Solids, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Apple Pectin, Titanium Dioxide
Sweet Potato biscuit: flour & whole wheat flour, rolled oats, vegetable oil, Okinawan sweet potato, and Hawaiian honey.
