Mooncake Festival or the Mid-Autumn Festival is coming up -- September 29h this year to be exact! Our family always celebrates this festival the best way we know how...by eating Mooncakes! Yummmmm! Presenting a Mooncake to family and friends means that you wish them a long and happy life. So why not let your four legged family and friends join in the fun as well?
We created our special doggie treat version of the Mooncake by using our classic biscuit recipe for the outside of the cake, with three different flavors in each set: beef, pork and okinawan sweet potato. Mooncakes come in a set of 3 pieces (1.75" diameter).
Available from September 20 - October 1 at our Manoa shop. We are open for pickup Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10am-3pm.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, beef, pork and okinawan sweet potato, cornmeal, vegetable oil and egg.
