Valentine's Day Cake

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special design! This strawberry/banana-flavored cake is decorated with a beautiful cream cheese design.
Ingredients:

Cake: Whole wheat flour, white flour, strawberries, bananas, local eggs, vegetable oil, honey, baking powder, and baking soda.

Frosting: Cream cheese.
Size: This cake is placed on a 6-inch cake pad. It’s bigger than our Valentine "Mini" Cake and similar in size to our Drip Cake, but made with cream cheese frosting, so it must be refrigerated within 1-2 hours of pickup.
Appearance Notes:
Our Cream Cheese cakes are perfect for presentation (photos, etc.) on the day of pickup and can be eaten within 1-2 weeks when refrigerated. Please note that because we do not use sugar or butter in our frosting, the frosting/design may start drying out and/or cracking by the second day.
Shelf Life:
- Must refrigerate after 1-2 hours
- Lasts up to 2 weeks refrigerated
