This cake is made from our classic Banana Muffin recipe and topped with a new, delicious Yogurt icing! This yogurt icing dries hard, making it less perishable than our classic cakes. You don't need to pick it up on the day of your celebration—it will retain its design (and of course, its delicious flavor) for about 1 week in the fridge!
Ingredients:

Cake: White flour, whole wheat flour, local eggs & honey, banana, vegetable oil, baking powder, and baking soda.

Yogurt Icing: Yogurt Powder, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Modified Tapioca Starch, Egg Whites, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Granulated Rice, Titanium Dioxide.
Shelf Life:
- Lasts 2-3 days unrefrigerated
- 2 weeks refrigerated
- 4-6 months frozen
