March 14th is Pi Day! Why, you may ask? Well it's because of the mathematical constant π!
Pi Day is celebrated annually by some on March 14 since 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant figures of π.
These Pies are the same recipe as our famous Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pies. We strongly encourage pre-orders, as we are only making a limited amount !
The filling is made with pumpkin & eggs, honey, milk and heavy whipping cream.
The biscuit crust is made with whole wheat flour, cornmeal and vegetable oil.
