When we say "mini," we mean it! These cakes are just over 3 inches in size and come in a cute pink heart-shaped tin for Valentine's Day.

Flavored with real strawberries and topped with yogurt frosting!

Ingredients:

• Muffin: Whole wheat flour, white flour, local eggs, vegetable oil, local honey, strawberries, baking powder, and baking soda.
• Frosting: Milk Solids, Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Milk Powder, Tapioca Maltodextrin, and Pectin.

Shelf Life:

• Lasts 1-2 days unrefrigerated
• 1 week refrigerated
• 4-6 months frozen
